GDPR Compliance

Servadra is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection law.

Servadra GDPR Compliance Statement

Servadra processes personal data only where there is a clear operational or commercial reason to do so, including enquiry handling, service delivery, account administration, support, and platform security. We aim to keep personal data limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.

Where personal data is processed through the Servadra platform, appropriate organisational and technical measures are applied to protect that data against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

Servadra supports the core data rights expected under the UK GDPR, including valid requests relating to access, correction, and deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

If you wish to make a data protection enquiry or submit a request relating to personal data, please contact us through the details provided in our Privacy Policy or general contact channels.

Current Compliance Controls

Privacy by Design: Servadra applies a privacy-first approach in relevant internal processing layers, including SHA-256 hashed identifiers in designated intent-profile handling, with no raw personal identifiers stored in that AI-facing layer.

Right to Erasure: Servadra supports valid erasure requests and has internal deletion handling for relevant user intent records in support of GDPR Article 17, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Retention Controls: Retention handling may be applied according to configured service rules and operational scope. Where specific retention periods apply, these are governed by the relevant system configuration and service context.

Audit and Oversight: Servadra maintains structured operational logging and governed internal handling processes to support review, traceability, and controlled service management.

Administrative Review: Compliance-related administration and review tools may be supported within Servadra's internal operating environment, depending on deployment scope and active modules.
